It's a lucky guess that Montana and Kardashian find a relatable trait in their strong family values. The 29-year-old rapper, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch, is Moroccan - from Casablanca, and moved to the Bronx, New York at a young age without even knowing the English language."I was about 12 or 13, I didn't know no English so I just grew with the culture, learned the vibe," he recalled.
"I think I can make your life so much easier and so much cooler if I gave you a makeover," she announced. But in the end, Khloe came around to the idea of the makeover.
"When you're in the limelight and you're in that kind of position in life you're always going to have haters," he said of people having the wrong perspective of his woman and her family.
"I feel like once you get to know them, they're really like (some) of the dopest people ever," he added.
"So shout out to Puff." As he continues striving to reach the next level in his music, Montana admits he doesn't plan too much. "I'm just trying to do better than last year and keep advancing and coming out with great music and bright ideas." Another emcee Montana is confident will bring bright ideas to the hip hop game soon is his longtime friend and fellow Bronx rapper, Remy Ma, who recently completed a six-year prison stint for shooting Makeda Barnes-Joseph, a childhood friend. "I knew Remy for over 10 years." In a male dominated industry that seems to only make room for one or maybe two Queen lyricists, the "Gifted" rapper is confident that Remy, a Grammy-nominated emcee, is set to reclaim the throne.
"She's one of the most talented rap female artists I ever met," he boasted.
